Attorney Schwartz addressed an audience of attorneys, advocates, physicians, social workers and hospital administrators about the lifesaving benefits of professional healthcare advocates.  Mr. Schwartz recounted his personal medical malpractice story and argued for enhanced inpatient hospital communication and surgical error reduction strategies.
